 I get a runtime error message on startup?

The error that you have encountered is caused by some VB runtime and MS scripting files not being properly installed or uninstalled from the system.
Errors may include:
"Class factory cannot supply the requested class. Error Source SetAll Text Function"

To resolve the issue, complete the following steps:
Ensure that Registry Mechanic has been uninstalled.
Delete the "\Registry Mechanic" folder, if it still exists.
Re-install Registry Mechanic.

The license key is a long sequence of letters and numbers. If you typed this information manually from your registration email, it is possible that errors may have been entered into the License Key field of the Registration screen .
